JOHN'S FRIENDS is a very young organization that needs lots of volunteers to make one, single good thing happen. If you have a loved one living with CF, you understand the complexity of the illness, the medication and the surgery involved.

For those of us without the disease, the job is simple: to fund that surgical event. We will make this happen by sharing our dedication and compassion and focusing our efforts into this one job.

We need people willing to apply their talents and energy...and we are finding them.

Karen is that kind of can-do lady that sees all the opportunities and the hurdles but cares more about one than the other. She saw an opportunity to do some real good and jumped right in to help. She is breaking new ground in many ways. Like the rest of our organization, this JOHN'S FRIENDS Chapter is young and we have a lot to learn.
